Server settings
The settings registry — where server-wide configuration lives and how changes apply.
All server-wide settings live in the settings registry: database-backed,
edited in the admin panel (/admin → Settings), applied
immediately — no restarts, no environment editing. Each tab of the panel has
its own page here:
